The maximum period to make this request is 30 days from receipt of the order, provided that the purchased item is in perfect condition (unused, in its original packaging and box). Remember to keep the purchase invoice to validate the guarantee.

If you choose to return or exchange a product, it must be in its original packaging and box and in perfect condition. Use new packaging to ensure that no labels or adhesive tape are stuck to the product's original packaging and stick the label on the outside of the package if requested.
